We have answered the <br />controdor's requests for informa�ion, revfewed the shop drowings, and performed periodic site <br />observations at intervols appropriote lo ihe stages of construdion of the structure. On•site inspettions <br />and required special inspedions were per{ormed by an independent tesiing agency employed by Ihe <br />owner. <br />To Ihe best of our knowledge and �nformalion, the construttion generally conformed to the approved <br />plans and specifications. Deficicncies noted by the owners tesfing agency were reviewed by MKA, and, <br />when necessary, corredions io the construction were made. <br />Based on the observotions, cambined with our review o( the current testing agency repons (we aie <br />awai�ing the finnl reports), we hove conduded that, to Ihe besl of our knowledge, informarion, r,nd <br />belie(, all deficienaes observed have been resolved.
