However, if the variance is granted the following <br />requirements should oe adhered to: <br />1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showinr� <br />site parking layout, landscaping and storm drainane system. <br />2. The parking arrangement submitted be redesiqned so that no vehicles <br />will be backiny across th� public sidewalk when leaving the site. <br />We have enclosed a parkino arrangement that would provide five spaces and <br />conforms to the City's Desi�_�n Standards. We recommend that an arranqement <br />similar to this be used in order to provide the maximum number of parkinq <br />spaces and an efYective traffic fl.ow pattern. <br />4464H <br />
