This planting area shall consist�of continuous live <br />ground cover over at least 75$ of the plantinq area and ever- <br />green trees, shrubs or other vertical growth a minimum of <br />three feet in height at time of planting to number six for <br />each 100 square feet of required landscaped area. Plantings <br />shall be sufficient to provide full coverage within three <br />years of planting. <br />Tlie action of the Board of Adjustment in GRANTING a variance <br />shall be final and conclusive, unless within fifteen (15) days <br />from the date of issuance and signinq of this order by the� <br />Chairma� of the Board, an aggrieved person or persons obtains a. <br />writ of certiorari from the Superior Court of Washington for <br />Snohomish County for the purpose of review of the action taken. <br />DATED this %-3,/! <br />Y j.�u� �/<�<J <br />rd of Ad <br />1Jotes to Applicant: <br />1989. <br />l.
