The <br />vehicle is described as follows: <br />1971 Ford Stationwagon, full of garbaqe <br />License No. KCR397 <br />Storage of such vehicles on private property constitutes both a public <br />nuisance and a criminal offense pursuant to City Ordinance No. 869-82. <br />As the owner of the property on which the vehicle is located, you have the <br />responsibility for removal and disposal of such vehicle.
