MINIMUM CONCRETE STRENGTH SHALL BE: <br />P'c = 2500 PSI (2b DAY COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH) FOR ALL SLABS, <br />FOOT/NGS, AND STEM WALLS (TO 4' N/GH). <br />F'c = 3000 PS/ FOR LATERAL PIERS <br />This note is in+onded to include the lateral pier footings with the first group of <br />elemenu which require a 28 day compressive strength of 2500 psi (minimum). Onl <br />the portion of the pier above the construction joint (as illustrated in detail 9/S-6� <br />requires the higher strength concrete and associated inspections. <br />Another question arose regarding the typical continuous bottom of footing <br />reinforcing steel. Per detail 10/S-6, pro�de two (2� #4 continuos horizontal bars at <br />three inches (3") clear from the bottom of the foohng.
