REPORT <br />FROM: Marian Payne, Housing Inspector <br />DATE: Nov. 12, 1991 <br />SUBJ: 3315 Rockefeller <br />This is a rental unit, the complainant said that she was <br />giving the owner written notice today of the needed repair <br />pursuant to the State Tenant/Landlord Ace. I asvised her to <br />call me if the owner did not comply with her letter. <br />Her complaint was concerning the bare wires wt�ich were <br />conectinq the heating system to the electrical supply. She <br />said that L-o get the heater to work, she had to move the bare <br />wires around. <br />11-13-91 I gave this to Jim Hanson for review as I could not <br />find a history of this house being converted into a duplex. <br />
