Pandher <br />3315 Rockefeller Avenue <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />SUBJECT: 3315 ROCKEFELLER AVENUE, EVERETT, WA <br />Dear Mr. Pandher: <br />Pursuant to a letter dated February 1, 1993 which I sent to you, division of the single family <br />residence into a duplex should have been processed through the City Planning Department. <br />Further, correction of deficiencies within the electrical system and other components of the <br />building were to have been completed by May 13, 1993. The completion date was established <br />during our phone conversadon on February i l, 1993. <br />A review of records within the City of Everett reveal that permits have r,ot been issued for <br />work to be donc on this building. <br />Be advised that on May 23, 1993, one of the units will be posted, "Illegal to Occupy", if the <br />deficiencies noted on the enclosed report are not conected. <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter, you may call me at 259-8810. <br />Sincerely, n� <br />' �l� / �P^�� <br />arian G.
