The following items must <br />be completed prior to issuance of the Final Certificate of Occupancy and the <br />release ofthe Assignment of Funds assurance device: <br />]. Finish enclosing the dumpster with a sight obscuring fence. Fencing is <br />needed along the east and south sides of the dumpster to wmplete the <br />screening of the dampsrer from neighbonng properties. <br />2. Provide a parking space on the paved area south of the parking spaces that <br />are east of the building along the alley.
