No. FNN 175 <br />1964 Chev Van Lic. No. A 77238 <br />Such vehicles constitute both a criminal violation and a puUli.c <br />nuisance for the folloiving reasons: <br />1. <br />2. <br />The vehicles are being stored on private property. <br />The vehicles are missing vital parts and are :noperable. <br />3. The vehicles are not currently registered with the <br />Washington State Department of Motor Vehicles for <br />operation on public highways. <br />4.
