Our records have been <br />c�ecked and it appeara that an approved Right-of-Way Use PermIt has not been issued. <br />In conslderation oi same, you as the property owner must either: <br />l. Remove that portlon of the fencc on the Public Right-of-Way. <br />2. Obtaln an approved Fight-of-Way Use PermIt.
