Tiles on the ceiling in the laundry room are falling due to water leaking <br />from plumbing above. Sec. 1001 (c) 6. <br />2. The floor in the laundry room is rotted. Sec. 1001 (c) 2. <br />3. The clothes dryer is not vented to the exterior of the building. <br />Sec. 1001 (g). <br />4. The electrical heater in the bathroom is detached from the wall and is <br />hazardous. Sec. 1001 (e). <br />5. There are holes in the floor next to the tub. Sec. 1001 (c) 2. <br />6. The kitchen sink and the cabinet counter it is situated in are not socured <br />in place. Sec. 505 (g). <br />7. Door frames within the unit are not plumb and are loose. Sec. 1001 (c) 4. <br />8. The door frame for the north exit door is loose. Sec. 1001 (c) 4. <br />9. The wooden walkway outside the unit is rotted. Sec. 1001 (c) 2. <br />10. There are signs of rodents in the unit. Sec. 1001 (b) 12. <br />11.
