CITY OF EVERETT - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />ORDER <br />WHEREAS, theretofore, there was filed with the City of <br />Everett Building Division on November 14, 1979 an application for <br />a variance of Section No. 18.040 of Everett Municipal Code <br />Chapter 1; by Doyen Viqus, 3501 Rockefeller Ave., Fverett, WA 98201, <br />for permission to extend the kitchen to within 3� feet from the side <br />property line rather than the code requirement of five (5) feet. <br />Also: <br />Permission to construct an addition to the existing garage and be able <br />to build to the north side property line rather than the code setback <br />requirement of five (5) feet <br />on the following described property: <br />Lot 1 and � of Lot 2 Block 855 <br />Everett Div. M <br />Address: 3501 Rockefeller Avenue <br />Zoning: R-3 Multiple -Family Low Density Residence <br />AND: WHEREAS, December 3,...1979, was fixed as the date of <br />hearing on said application and proper notice having been given <br />as required by law, <br />AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the <br />Board of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the find- <br />ings that: <br />The variance request meets all the requirements <br />of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal <br />Code, Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings: <br />BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said <br />application be C,RANTRn <br />AND: BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a ccpy of this written order <br />be transmitted to the applicant for their information. <br />DATE OF ACTION:— December 3, 1979. <br />If no building permit has been obtained within one year from the <br />date of this action this order is void. <br />Kenneth W.
