He has been in a medical treatment center since August 17, 2012 and will be there until late this year, tentatively November 22. He similarly was hospitalized for 2 other periods this year and numerous in the Immediate preceding years. This has made it difficult to complete the work required at the property although progress has been made. In -House Electric of Everett (contact: Lucas 888-223-3775) was hired to perform the electrical work and is near completion but has been interrupted and delayed due to Todd's absences and now the expiration of the permits on August 25 which I just learned of in a visit to the permits office on September I1th. Paid receipts from In -House and from Lowes can be presented on request to show proof of work performed and progress made. My name is Robert D. Ade, Todd's father. I am attempting to manage Todd's affairs while he is absent. I have Todd's Power of Attorney which I can produce for you on request or it is available on file in Snohomish County Public Records. In IRC R105.5, the building official is authorized to grant, in writing, one or more extensions of time, for periods of no more than 180 days each."
