Remove oil furnace. Reset loose brick and replace missing bric4; at fireplace chimney top. Rebuild firebox, install a cast-iron damper. 4. Install ne�•i composition, 3-taL shingles, 15-year warranty, owner to choose color. Install new rlashings, rakes, etc. Install white, prepainted aluminum gutters (seamless) and 2"x3" downspouts.
