4. <br />5. <br />�� <br />7. <br />�:' <br />9. <br />10. <br />11. <br />12. <br />13. <br />14. <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT C(�MMENTS <br />As per Pubiic Works approved plan dated <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett <br />Storm Manuai 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See <br />attachment for more details. <br />The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage <br />routing prior to beginning 1he project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works irspector, such as silt <br />fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion biankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the <br />permit. <br />All excavated materiai irom foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an <br />approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is aliowed on this building lot. <br />15. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any uroken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the fronl property line out to the street paving. <br />Contact the Water District for connecting provisions for this building's <br />water and sewer services. <br />A catch baain as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is <br />required `�r the parkin�, area. <br />If a sewer pump syst=m is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private <br />manhc�le, then gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br />21.
