The project will require the extension of a public sewer main which will serve other residents on <br />Seahurst that aze presently served by septic systems. The new sewer main will not only allow the existing <br />residents to connect to the public sewer system, but provide the opportunity for further development of the'v <br />property. <br />All afxected property owners have been contacted by certified mail of tne proposed latecomers agreement. <br />While a number of property owners contacted Mr. Webb's engineer for additional information, it appears the <br />proposed sewer has area support. None of the affected prope � ers requested a public hearing.
