The bid openine was held at 2:00 p.m., October 24, 1996. <br />Rofl ���as called with all councilmembers votine yes. <br />Ntotion carried. <br />. <br />• : C �� • <br />Nloved by Councilmember Pope, seconded by Councilmember CampSell to <br />authorize the Nlayor to enter into a latecomer agreement with Robert �'�'ebb <br />for seK•er and water service. <br />Robert Webb has proposed and received preliminary approval for az� eieht lot <br />short plat off Seahurst Avenue. The project will require the extension of a public <br />sewer main which �vill serve other residents on Seahurst that aze presendy served <br />by septic systems. The new sewer main will not only allow the existing residents <br />to connect to the public sewer system, but provide the opportunity for further <br />development of their property. <br />All affected property owners have been contacted by certified mail of the <br />proposed latecomers aereement. While a number of property owners contacted <br />Mr. Webb's engineer for additional information, it appears the proposed sewer <br />has azea suppoR. None of the affected property owners required a public hearing. <br />The individual residential latecomers fee will be �"'.?06.31. <br />6�7 <br />
