Such street improvements shall not be limited to the half street abutting the property, for example, where no per- menent street improvement existed, the street improvement sliall be extended beyond the centerline s sufficient distance (10 ft. minimum) to permit safe movement of traffic. The City shaB deliver a signed release of this Covenant to Owner after completion of public improvements as described hereinabove through the formetion ot a loeal improvement district und after transmittal of ihe final assessment role to the County of Snohomish pursuant to law. The City muy not utilize this Covenant for the formation of more than one (1) locul improvement district.
