The fittings in line are <br />installed backwards. W-ste pipe extension open and <br />uncapped below basement ceiling. Restrictive union <br />in waste line. Improper connection to house drain. <br />Bath tub: Unvented. Adverse grade on waste piping. Improper <br />connection to house drain. <br />Basin: Unvented. Reset tail piece. Improper connection to <br />house drain. <br />Toilet: heeds resetting.
