These <br />comments address building issues only, additional revisions or •,dditions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the f997 Uniform Building <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2001 Edition, <br />unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting <br />the corrections requested. <br />The site plan does not include the following required information: <br />Tax parcel identification number <br />All exterior dimensions or proposed structures on the site <br />!- Elevations at property comers and building mid -points (hei ht calculations may fie <br />required) <br />Dimensions of proposed driveway <br />Steep slopes (if applicable) <br />Rockeries and retaining walls over 3' (if applicable) <br />Please provide 3 new site plans with the above information <br />2. Provide floor framing plan for the second Floor. Show multiple joists, beams and point loads. <br />3. Specify roof framing over front porch. <br />4.
