The inspection showed that no
soft panels, heavy surface flaking, edge swell or excess deterioration beyond what could be
expected for a structure that had been somewhat exposed for 6 months in Washington State.
From a structural standpoint, it is the opinion of the inspector that the floor is "sound" and the
former builder followed the proper guidelines when installing the OSB flooring.
Please find the attached Exposure 1 durability classifications and OSB Warranty. The material is
fully covered under LP's limited 20 year Transferable Warranty.
LP is committed to delivering quality products to our customers. appreciate r selection
of our building products and will continue to work to supportyour building
Thank you for using LP Products.
cere
Dan Dugger
Claims Analyst.
Louisiana-Pacific Corpnranon
PO 00: 3107 Cnnro .TX 773D5.3107 tat.
