October 25, 2010 <br />Far East Enterprises LLC <br />522 Alder St 4303 <br />Edmonds WA 98020 <br />Subject: Project: Incomplete Corrections of Site Improvements <br />Job Address: 10430 Rosewood Ave <br />To Whom It May Concern; <br />We have recently received Building Permit applications for the above referenced development. <br />These applications indicate that single family residences are to be constructed within this site. <br />Unfortunately there remains a correction list of incomplete work dating back to November 20, <br />2008 (please reference enclosed list). <br />This "punch list" reflects crucial improvements which will need to be resolved prior to <br />occupancy of the homes. Please provide a letter of understanding with an anticipated date for <br />completion of the punch list items. <br />Additional issues of correction have become apparent such as trench settlement over utility lines <br />and perhaps the number of services originally designed for the development.
