TIMING LIMITATIONS: The project may begin immediately and shall be completed by December 31, 2003. <br />a. Work below the ordinary high waterline shall only occur between June 15`h and October 15`h of either year. <br />2. Work shall be accomplished per plans and specifications entitled, Rosewood Park, Rezone & Site Development Plan <br />dated April 16, 2002 and plans entitled Drainage Report for Rosewood Park, dated November 30 2001 and revised <br />February 20, 2002, and submitted to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, except as modified by this <br />Hydraulic Project Approval. These plans reflect design criteria per Chapter 220-110 WAC. These plans reflect <br />mitigation procedures to significantly reduce or eliminate impacts to fish resources. A copy of these plans shall be <br />available on site during construction. <br />Stormwater Facilities <br />There shall be no alterations to streambeds, streambanks, or wetlands, except for the permitted alterations to <br />stormwater runoff. <br />4. Retention/Detention (R/D) and water treatment facilities for stormwater runoff shall have been designed, and shall <br />be constructed and maintained to cause this development project to achieve stormwater runoff at rates no greater <br />than undisturbed forest. <br />Wastewater from activities and water removed from within the work area shall be contained to prevent any silt, silt - <br />laden water, or other contaminants from entering the stream or adjacent wetlands. <br />Erosion control methods shall be used to prevent silt -laden water from entering the stream or adjacent wetlands. <br />These may include, but are not limited to, straw bales, filter fabric, temporary sediment ponds, check dams of pea - <br />gravel filled burlap bags or other material, and, or imineiiate anulci:ing of exposed areas. <br />Page 1 of 1) <br />
