Construction or substantial progress toward construction <br />Of a project must be undertaken within 2 years after <br />final approval of the permit, and completed within five <br />years. If the project has not been completed in this <br />time span the perm t will be reviewed by the Planning <br />Department who will do one or the following: <br />extend the permit for one year, or <br />terminate the permit <br />2. A state certified office trailer is required. <br />3. Footings for the trailer is required to be installed <br />below the post line. <br />4. Compliance with the State Building Code for barrier -free <br />access is required. <br />5. Engineering certification for compaction of the fill is required. <br />6. Drawings must be submitted to the City of Everett <br />Building Division showing the site layout and <br />installations of the office for approval and permit <br />issuance. <br />The floor of the structure shall be two feat above the <br />regulatory flood protection elevation. The elevation of <br />the site shall be two feet above the regulatory flood <br />protection elevation for a distance of fifteen feet <br />beyond any structure in any direction. Compliance with <br />Federal Regulations Title 44 CPR Part 60.3 and <br />Subsection 30.050 of this ordinance is required. <br />Subsection 30.050 requires the following: All new <br />construction and substantial improvements shall be <br />anchored to prevent floatation, eollaspe, or lateral <br />movement of the structure. All new construction and <br />substantial improvements shall be constructed with <br />materials and utility equipment resistant to flood <br />damage. All new construction and substantial <br />improvements shall be constructed using methods and <br />practices that minimize flood damage. Electrical, <br />heating, ventilation, plumbing, and air-conditioning <br />equipment and other service facilities shall be designed <br />and/or elevated so as to prevent water from entering or <br />4C' c4M 14tiQ9 Within the components 04fing conditigfix of <br />flooding. <br />8. A five foot wide, Type III landscape strip must be <br />provided along the south and east boundaries of the <br />proposal. <br />
