Time Limitation: Construction may be started immediately and shall <br /> be completed by December 31, 1991. A time extension will be <br /> considered upon reapplication. However, there shall be no pile <br /> driving conducted from March 15 to June 15 of any year to protect <br /> juvenile salmon. <br /> 2 . All piling, lumber, or other materials treated with creosote or - <br /> other reservatives shall be completely dry before use in or near <br /> the water. _ <br /> 3 . If at any time there should be fish in distress, a fish kill, or <br /> water quality problems as a result of this project, the pile <br /> driving operations will be shut down immediately. <br /> 4 . All work operations shall be conducted in such a manner as <br /> to cause little or no siltation to the adjacent areas of the beach. <br /> 5. No deleterious materials shall be allowed to enter state <br /> waters as a result of this project. <br /> 6.
