Be advised, per the owner that building will have gas fired space <br />heating and hot v�ater heaters, and Mechanical and Electrical aspects of the <br />project will be by bidder design with appropriate permit submittal packages at <br />that time. Attached are two complete new sets of drawings with the corrections, <br />and addressing the other issues requested, incorporated per the foliowing <br />commentary. <br />1. The Living Roori has significant unobstructed light through the kitchen and <br />entry areas (66 sf with 50.5 sf unobstructed) in addition to the new 6 x 3(15.8 <br />sf glazing area) window shown. However the area through the other spaces <br />is less thsn 50% of the area of that living room wall. The area of the living <br />room is 251 sf therefore the window are should be 25.1 sf. P,n 8 x 4 window <br />(29 sf glazing area) is now shown in place of the 6 x3 (15.8 s�. See sheets A- <br />4 and A-5 <br />2. Refer to the detail on Sheet 7/A-4. <br />3.
