SECTION III: SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN W/ON-SITE <br /> STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br /> The proposal is to construct a commercial building near the center of the site and large <br /> parking area intended for a car dealership. All existing structures will be removed. The <br /> access to the site will be from SR-99 (Evergreen Way). <br /> Stormwater management for the project site will include catch basins and a closed pipe <br /> system to collect the developed drainage from the project site and convey the drainage to a <br /> detention vault near the northeast portion of the site. All the runoff will be discharged to <br /> Evergreen Way because there is no easement or documentation for the existing pipe <br /> serving the eastern basin. The overflow from the detention system will be located within <br /> the pump manhole and will be directed towards a dispersion trench. The dispersion trench <br /> will be located outside the buffer area and will disperse the flows through the buffer area to <br /> drain into an existing ditch near the southeast corner of the site. <br /> Insight Engineering Co. - Stormwater Site Plan 2/11/15 <br /> - 8 - <br />
