INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> The following information is provided for the developer's benefit. These are not SEPA conditions <br /> but are associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements are preliminary in nature, <br /> and are based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for <br /> SEPA review. The proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete <br /> building permit application is filed, including those not specifically set forth herein. Contact <br /> the Planning Department for information regarding appeals processes for the requirements listed <br /> in this document. <br /> 1. Security Fence - Any security fence erected around the demolition site shall be located so <br /> as to not obstruct any existing hydrant, fire protection equipment, or Fire Department <br /> access. If Fire Department access is obstructed, gates or other openings shall be provided <br /> for access. <br /> 2. Permits are required from the Fire Department for removal of underground fuel tanks. <br /> 3. Abandoned tanks shall be pumped out and the fuel properly disposed of prior to removal. <br /> No product or rinse water may be disposed of in such a way that it could enter the storm <br /> drains system. <br /> 4. Construction and demolition of buildings shall be in compliance with the provisions of the <br /> 2009 International Fire Code,Chapter 14. <br /> 5. Retain the existing landscaping along the perimeter of the property. <br /> 6. Comply with the minimum maintenance standards required in Title 8 of the City of <br /> Everett Municipal Code. <br /> 3 2y� <br />
