The Everett Events Center will be hosting the <br /> 136th edition of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus from <br /> September 5th through September 10th, 2006. <br /> On September 5th, 2006, Wall Street between Broad and Lombard will close at <br /> 6:00am to facilitate the circus' arrival, setup, daily operations, tear down and <br /> departure.
