7 <br /> In the event Theatre changes its address, it is the responsibility of Theatre to <br /> immediately notify City in writing of such change. <br /> J. Audits and Inspections <br /> At any time during normal business hours and as often as City may deem reasonably <br /> necessary, Theatre shall make available to City, Washington State Auditor, or designee, all of <br /> its records with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement, and Theatre shall permit <br /> City to audit, examine and make copies, excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to <br /> audit any or all contracts, invoices,materials, payrolls, records of personnel, conditions of <br /> employment and other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement. <br /> K.
