HUD has approved this <br /> annual application and the funding agreement is now ready for signature. The grant amount for the 2006 <br /> program year is $953,249.00. This is a reduction of$110,621.00 from the 2005 grant amount. The 2007 <br /> grant amount should be about the same as the 2006 funding. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Funding Approval/Agreement for 2006 Community Development Block <br /> Grant Funds. <br /> 4 <br />
