14 4ew <br /> do- <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "2001 Everett Preservation Projects," Fund 303, Program 051, as <br /> established by Ordinance 2520-01. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "2001 Everett Preservation <br /> Projects,"Fund 303, Program 051,was established to provide for the said improvements; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "2001 Everett Preservation Projects," Fund <br /> 303, Program 051, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "2001 Everett Preservation Projects."
