Council is being asked to hold a public hearing on the certified annexation petitions. If Council accepts the certified petitions on September 6, 2006 at 8:30 a.m., Staff will submit the full annexation proposals to the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board for approval. Once the annexations are approved by County Boundary Review Board, City Council will be asked to establish zoning and approve the annexation ordinances finalizing the annexations. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council).
