Ordinance No. 2920-06 took effect immediately upon its becoming valid on July 12, 2006. Pursuant to RCW 35A.63.220, the City Council must hold a public hearing on the adopted interim regulation within sixty (60) days of the effective date of the Ordinance. August 30`'' would be within the 60 day time-frame. A copy of the Ordinance is attached.
