9 <br /> e <br /> el-Or;y1;;;,., <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT AND <br /> CAROLLO ENGINEERS, P.C. <br /> The City of Everett and Carollo Engineers, P.C. ("Carob Engineers"), agree to amend and <br /> modify their professional services agreement to provide drafting services for conversion of <br /> treatment facilities drawings effective May 1, 2006 ("Agreement")as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, Carollo Engineers has satisfactorily performed the services outlined in the <br /> Agreement and has proposed to continue to provide said services to December 31, 2006, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to accept said proposal; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and Carollo Engineers agree to amend and modify the <br /> Agreement as follows: <br /> A. Paragraph 3 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> 3. Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance. This Agreement shall <br /> commence as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall be completed <br /> by December 31, 2006. <br /> B.
