Jackson Street <br /> Seattle, WA 98104-2826 <br /> WATER UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> This Water Utility Easement ("Easement") is made this day of , 2006, <br /> between Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, a Regional Transit Authority under <br /> the laws of the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor," and the City of <br /> Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington, hereinafter <br /> referred to as "City". <br /> In consideration of mutual benefits to be derived and in consideration of the <br /> performance of the covenants, terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
