A petition has been attached with the signature <br /> of Alan Clark; his property comprises over 45% of the assessed value which should be sufficient to <br /> begin the request for annexation process. I have also enclosed a signed statement by Mr. Gentry <br /> indicating that he is supportive of our annexation; he was not available to sign the actual petition. <br /> We are proposing a Comprehensive Plan Amendment for these properties complimentary to this petition <br /> for annexation so that these properties may be used together to provide cottage housing similar to that <br /> already approved for the Eastmont Village project. <br /> Please feel free to contact me if you should have any questions regarding this request or require <br /> additional information.
