8 ,mg. <br /> ,tiai <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "112th Street S.E. - Silver Lake Road to SR 527", Fund 303, <br /> Program 076, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received funds for improvements to <br /> 112th Street S.E. from Silver Lake Road to SR 527; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT'DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 076, entitled "112th <br /> Street S.E. - Silver Lake Road to SR 527", to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 076, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction <br /> of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all <br /> things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$5,359,128.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 076, "112th Street S.E. - <br /> Silver Lake Road to SR 527", as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Right-of-Way $ 3,461,900.00 <br /> Construction 1,897,228.00 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 5,359,128.00 <br /> `it 0 <br />
