The proposed agreement to negotiate exclusively between the <br /> City and Artspace follows the direction of Council in Resolution No. 5760. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement to Negotiate Exclusively between the City of Everett and <br /> Artspace Projects,Inc. <br />
