Requests For Proposals were sent to <br /> 22 vendors and three proposals were received as shown on the attached summary. Upon review of the lease <br /> agreement offered in these proposals it was determined that it may be more advantageous to the City to <br /> purchase rather than lease Golf Carts. Staff is recommending that all Proposals received in response to RFP <br /> 2006-820 be rejected and a new RFP be authorized to explore options available to purchase or lease carts. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Reject All Proposals for RFP 2006-820, Golf Cart Leasing, and Authorize a New RFP for Golf Cart Purchase <br /> or Lease. <br />
