Fixed route bus service
will be surveyed on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. The contractor will also conduct an on-site survey at
Everett Station on each of those days.
Everett Transit and Community Transit have agreed that having Everett Transit join the on-board customer
survey would allow each system to evaluate ET's recent fare change and its effect on both systems. The survey
would also allow ET to update demographic and origin-destination data for current ridership. CT's estimated
payment to the contractor is not to exceed$99,999.The amount paid is based on the amount of surveys returned.
The City's portion is projected to be approximately$15,000 but not to exceed the amount of$17,999.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Everett and
Community Transit for a joint on-board customer survey.
RIh/AU 101 I06ET-CTOnBoardSurveylnterlocalAgreement
