G <br /> Resolution No. 1984, a resolution relating to the disposal of real property surplus to the <br /> City's needs and providing policies and procedures for declaring such property owned by <br /> the City surplus and establishing a disposition procedure therefore, is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 8. Severability. <br /> If any section, subsection, clause, sentence, or phrase of this ordinance should be held <br /> invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br /> portions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 9. Enactment not to effect pending case, proceeding or appeal. <br /> The enactment of this Ordinance shall not affect any case,proceeding, or appeal currently <br /> pending before the City or in any court. <br /> Section 10.
