After <br /> negotiations with the 13 cities and Snohomish County it was determined that the cost per animal to provide <br /> animal shelter services was agreed to be $ 97.00 per animal. The terms of this agreement shall govern <br /> services from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2010. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement, substantially in the form attached, between 10 cities <br /> (Gold Bar, Lake Stevens,Marysville,Arlington,Tulalip,Mill Creek,Monroe, Mukilteo, Snohomish, <br /> Stanwood), Snohomish County and the city of Everett to Provide Animal Shelter Services as they are <br /> received. <br />
