Trail segments through existing park areas <br /> will require conceptual revisions to the existing master plan to maximize opportunities for trail access. <br /> Requested qualifications include demonstrated expertise in designing multi-use trails over-water, shoreline <br /> rehabilitation, marine structures,park master planning as well as complex permitting issues that may involve <br /> wetlands, shorelines, and the Endangered Species Act at the local, state, and federal level.
