Five wells within the landfill (MW 5, 8, 14, 23, and 32) shall be <br /> abandoned per WAC Chapter 172-160. MW 21 shall be abandoned and replaced. <br /> 7. PROJECT TASK: TEMPORARY ACCESS ROAD GAS MONITORING <br /> Maximum Eligible Cost: $10,000 <br /> Schedule: December 31, 2006 <br /> Project Description: <br /> The RECIPIENT,per the approved Compliance Monitoring and Contingency Plan,will <br /> provide gas monitoring of the access road. This task includes the initial gas monitoring of <br /> 41st Street Overcrossing roadway after completion, as required by the DEPARTMENT with <br /> the intent of validating the construction methods. <br /> C.
