• 8 WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on September 26, 2003 to modify the Scope of Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 23, 2003 to modify the Scope of Services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on April 15, 2004 to modify the Scope of Services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on August 25, 2004 to modify the Scope of Services, extend the time for completion of those services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on December 27, 2004 to modify the Scope of Services, and to increase the total compensation; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on March 6, 2006 to extend the time for completion of the Scope of Services; and WHEREAS, the parties amended the Agreement on June 22, 2006 to extend the time for completion of the Scope of Services; and NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and HDR Engineering, Inc. agree to amend and modify the previously amended Agreement as follows: 1. Completion Date is amended to read March 30, 2007. 2. The effective date of this amendment is September 30, 2006. 3.
