ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "I-5 Corridor Study,"Fund 303, Program 032, as established by <br /> Ordinance 2751-04. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled"I-5 Corridor Study,"Fund 303, <br /> Program 032, was established to provide for the said improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"I-5 Corridor Study,"Fund 303, Program <br /> 032,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"I-5 Corridor Study," Fund 303, Program <br /> 032, are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Total Project Costs $1,545,843.00 <br /> Total Costs $1,545,843.00 <br /> B. Sources of Funds <br /> TEA-21 (Federal) Grant $1,244,725.00 <br /> Fund 119—Street Improvements 150,000.00 <br /> Fund 157—Traffic Mitigation 89,466.00 <br /> Fund 301 —Arterial Streets 61,652.00 <br /> Total Source of Funds $1,545,843.00 <br /> 113 <br />
