By Council accepting this project as complete the contractor's bond will be released. The amounts paid the contractor under this contract are as follows: Amount Paid to Date: $ 1,161,000.00 Retainage Withheld: $ 0.00 Retainage Not Withheld Per Retainage Bond #104731904 Total Amount Due to Contractor: $ 1,161,000.00 By Council approving this action, the 2006 Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay project will be accepted as complete and the retainage bond will be released.
