As a part of the development's <br />approval, the developer agreed to grant a transportation corridor easement across the south end of the Everett <br />Mall site to accommodate the potential extension of 100`h Street SE between West Mall Drive and Interstate <br />5. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Transportation Corridor Easement from Everett Mall <br />to the City of Everett. <br />6 <br />
