Ross Engineering does not require these inspection tasks to be completed <br /> by a dedicated inspection firm. A qualified employee of the City of Everett is adequate. <br /> For residential projects such as this, the Special Inspection table is intended <br /> more as a guide to be used at the building official's discretion. Ross Engineering also <br /> does not require concrete samples to be tested for this project.
